Best Arrowverse Heroes

The Flash recently ended and with that comes the end of the Arrowverse. Here is a list of the best heroes of the Arrowverse.

Green Arrow (Stephen Amell)

It took several years until Oliver Queen donned the title of The Green Arrow. Season 4 is when Oliver became the Green Arrow on Arrow. The Green Arrow is the OG hero kicking off the Arrowverse. By the end of Arrow, Oliver sacrificed himself during the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths to save the universe.

The Flash (Grant Gustin)

Barry Allen got the name The Flash in season 1 of The Flash. The Flash has been through a lot and really grew into being a hero.

White Canary (Caity Lotz)

Sara Lance has died several times and been brought back to life. She became the leader of the Legends in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Batwoman (Javicia Leslie)

There were two Batwomen. Ruby Rose played Kate Kane who was Batwoman. After Ruby Rose left the show, Javicia Leslie joined season 2 of Batwoman to play Ryan Wilder who donned the suit. Ryan was a badass and really came into her own on the two seasons of the show she was on.

Supergirl (Melissa Benoist)

Kara Zor-El really grew into being a superhero on Supergirl. She was able to stand on her own and also had a great support system from her friends.

Superman (Tyler Hoechlin)

Superman made his debut in season 2 of Supergirl. He was never a major character. He appeared in a few episodes of Supergirl as well as the Elseworlds and Crisis on Infinite Earths crossover.

Guardian (Mehcad Brooks)

James Olsen became more than just a reporter on Supergirl, becoming the hero Guardian.

Spartan (David Ramsey)

John Diggle finally became Spartan in Arrow down the line. He was always by Oliver Queen’s side.

Martian Manhunter (David Harewood)

J’onn J’onzz played a major role on Supergirl as Martian Manhunter. He was both the director of the D.E.O and helped Supergirl fight bad guys.

Dreamer (Nicole Maines)

Nia Null joined Supergirl in season 4. She became Dreamer later that season. By the end of the series Dreamer had grown into her own abilities. She was also the first transgender hero in the Arrowverse.

Vibe (Carlos Valdes)

Cisco Ramon became Vibe in season 2 of The Flash. After spending the duration of the first season being on coms helping The Flash, Vibe was able to go into the field and help The Flash fight bad guys. Vibe also played a major part in all of the crossovers.

Killer Frost (Danielle Panabaker)

Caitlin Snow became the villain Killer Frost who eventually became a good guy. In Season 7, Killer Frost dropped the Killer from her name and became simply Frost. She helped Vibe and The Flash fight bad guys.

Martin Stein and Jefferson “Jax” Jackson made up Firestorm. Jax become Martin’s partner after Ronnie Raymond (Robbie Amell), his original partner died on The Flash. After meeting each other on The Flash, Firestorm went on to join the Legends on DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Atom (Brandon Routh)

Ray Palmer is a tech billionaire who romanced Felicity Smoak (Emily Bett Rickards) on Arrow. After being presumed dead, The Atom went on to join the Legends of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow.

Steel (Nick Zano)

Nate Heywood joined the Legends in season 2 of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Steel became a valued member of the team for the rest of the series.

Batwing (Camrus Johnson)

Luke Fox donned a suit in the season 2 finale of Batwoman. Batwing became a sidekick to Batwoman for the rest of the series.

Black Canary (Katie Cassidy)

Laurel Lance became Black Canary in season 3 of Arrow following in the footsteps of her sister Sara Lance who died the beginning of that season. Laurel was killed off in season 4. Laurel from Earth-2 showed up as the villain Black Siren. Eventually in later seasons, Black Siren became more of a hero and went on to become the Black Canary.

Arsenal (Colton Haynes)

Roy Harper became Arsenal in season 2 of Arrow. He was a huge a part of the original Team Arrow before exiting the show in season 3.
