Best Arrowverse Couples

The Flash recently ended which means the Arrowverse is officially over. Here is a list of the best couples throughout the Arrowverse.

Oliver Queen & Felicity Smoak Arrow (Stephen Amell & Emily Bett Rickards)

Oliver and Felicity were meant to be. They have been through a lot together over the course of Arrow. Felicity became a key member on Team Arrow. Oliver and Felicity were off and on. In Season 6 they got married. They were engaged in season 4, but called it off. They had a daughter together at the end of season 7. After Oliver died during Crisis on Infinite Earths, Felicity and Oliver reunited in the afterlife.

Barry Allen & Iris West The Flash (Grant Gustin & Candice Patton)

Barry and Iris are soulmates. They have great chemistry. Some fans found Oliver and Felicity annoying while Barry and Iris were not annoying. They are fun to watch. They are great characters on their own but together they are an unstoppable force. Their love conquers all. They have been through so much as a couple not to mention all the time their lives were in danger. They survived all of that and got a happy ending when The Flash ended.

Sara Lance & Ava Sharpe DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (Caity Lotz & Jess McCallen)

Sara has dated before. She had an affair with Oliver Queen while he was dating her sister. She had a romance with Nessa Al Ghul (Katrina Bowden). She was even briefly with Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller). Her true love is Ava who she eventually married near the end of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow. Unlike some of the other pairings in the Arrowverse, Sara and Ava did not like each other when they first met. It took time before they started to get along. Once they got together, it was clear they were meant to be. They both brought out the good in each other.

Throughout the course of DC’s Legends of Tomorrow, Nate has not had the greatest success with relationships. Nate and Zari got together, and they were a good pair. They clicked and were able to balance each other out. Nate and Zari’s relationship didn’t last when in the season 4 finale Zari changed the timeline where the Zari team Legend knew was gone. A new timeline was created where Zari’s dead brother Behrad (Shayan Sobhian) was alive, and a different Zari grew up with him. Zari was an influencer who went to join the Legends. Eventually the team got their memories back of the original Zari. Nate reunited with the OG Zari and the series ended with him and Zari together again.

Ray and Nora are from two different worlds. Nora is the daughter of Damien Darkh (Neil McDonagh). Nora started out as a villain before she and Ray eventually got together. They both left Legends in season 5 to live a normal life together. They made a good team and Ray brought out a softer side from Nora. Brandon Routh and Courtney Ford are married in real life which would explain why the characters had good chemistry.

Caitlin Snow & Ronnie Raymond The Flash (Danielle Panabaker & Robbie Amell)

Caitlin and Ronnie are endgame. Unfortunately, they did not get to have a happy ending. Ronnie was presumed dead when The Flash launched. Ronnie returned as one half of the metahuman duo Firestorm. Ronnie sacrificed himself while saving Central City. Caitlin and Ronnie got married before Ronnie died. Caitlin has not really dated that much since. Her relationships never really stood out the way this one did. Caitlin and Ronnie were a good pair together.

Joe West & Cecile Horton The Flash (Jesse L. Martin & Danielle Nicolet)

Joe and Cecile have grown a lot together. They have a daughter together. After many years Joe finally proposed to Cecile in the series finale of The Flash. They were able to make their relationship work as things were evolving. Joe became Captain of CCPD while Cecile got metahuman abilities that only grew.

Cisco Ramon & Kamila Hwang The Flash (Carlos Valdes & Victoria Park)

Cisco and Kamila are a match made in heaven. Cisco had not had the greatest luck in the romance department until Kamila entered his life. Cisco and Kamila got a happy ending when they left The Flash in season 7. Cisco took a job at A.R.G.U.S. which required him to move to Star City. Kamila was going to meet him there after finishing up an opportunity.

Kara Danvers & Mon-El Supergirl (Melissa Benoist & Chris Wood)

Kara has not had many romances on Supergirl. Mon-El is her most substantial relationship. Mon-El joined Supergirl in season 2. Kara and Mon-El eventually got together. They had good chemistry together which was probably helped by the fact Melissa Benoist and Chris Wood are a couple in real life. Kara and Mon-El did not last. Mon-El had to leave Earth and when he returned in season 3 he was married to someone else who was from the 31st century. Mon-El left the show at the end of season 3. He guest starred in the 100th episode in season 5 as well as the series finale.

Nia Nal & Brainiac-5 Supergirl (Nicole Maines & Jesse Rath)

Nia and Brainiac 5 were quite a pair. They understood each other. They haven’t always been accepted by society. They were also off and on but they eventually got back together in the final season of Supergirl.

Alex Danvers & Kelly Olsen Supergirl (Chyler Leigh & Azie Tesfai)

Alex has had a few romances, but Kelly is her greatest love. Kelly provided Alex with the things she needed which included a family. By the end of Supergirl, Alex and Kelly had a daughter. They also fought crime together as Kelly took over the mantel her brother James left behind after leaving National City.

Thea Queen & Roy Harper Arrow (Willa Holland & Colton Haynes)

Thea and Roy have been off and on for many years. Roy became the hero, Arsenal. Roy left Arrow in season 3. In Season 4 Thea took Roy’s old suit and joined Team Arrow as Speedy. Roy returned in season 6 for a few episodes. Thea left in season 6 and she and Roy left Star City together. Roy returned in season 7 where it was revealed that he and Thea were no longer together. In the final season of Arrow Roy and Thea reunited and got engaged.

John Diggle & Lyla Michaels Arrow (David Ramsey & Audrey Marie Anderson)

John and Lyla have been through a lot. They were married once before. When Lyla was first introduced on Arrow, she was John’s ex-wife. After working together again, they eventually got back together and remarried. By the end of Arrow, they had two kids together and they moved to Metropolis.

Martin Stein & Clarissa Stein DC’s Legends of Tomorrow (Victor Garber & Isabella Hoffman)

Martin and Clarissa were each other’s true love. They had a long life together. Martin died during Crisis on Earth-X. He loved Clarissa with all his heart and she was very supportive of his dreams. She encouraged him to join the Legends so he could go on an adventure.
